Acceptance of your order
When placing your order online, you have to enter correct personal and payment details. Once your payment is completed and verified, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address your provided. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive the order confirmation email.
Online orders are not eligible for exchanges and will not be refunded. However, if you have any concerns regarding your products, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days.
Your order will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Renminbi (RMB), USD, EURO, NT$ Or S$ depends on your location. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions are only valid at The Mineral Boutique online store. All promotion items are not eligible for exchanges and will not be refunded.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Order delivery time requires 7 working days after order confirmation. For special promotion period, requires 7-21 working days. Delivery time may vary due to regions of delivery, custom issues, logistic arrangements, weather and public holiday. Some of the custom authorities may take a relatively long time (up to 2-3 weeks) for customs clearance and inspections. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over and will not be responsible for any delay.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected. However, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the exact amount will be, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more details before you place an order.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at themineralboutique.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
